SUPPORT FOR OUR COMMUNITY MEDIA
Earlier this year, Open State Media has started providing technical support for The Daily Gazette’s “Weighing In” podcast, hosted by the Schenectady-based newspaper’s weekly columnist Andrew Waite. The podcast is being recorded and produced in our Open Stage Studio, which is available for use by members of the local community. Recently, Waite tackled the very topic of community access media, which is increasingly threatened by dwindling funds.
